Bio

Tommy Sanders is an actor from & currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a recent musical theatre graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts.

Credits include The Rocky Horror Show (Brad Majors, Best Supporting Actor BroadwayWorld, starring Dusty Ray Bottoms of “Ru Paul’s Drag Race”) at The Carnegie, Titanic (M4: Frederick Fleet) at Actor’s Theatre of Indiana with the Carmel Symphony, A Christmas Carol (Ensemble, Young Ebenezer U/S) at The Lex, Hairspray (Link Larkin), Footloose (Bickle) at Cincinnati Landmark Productions. Upcoming: Dear Evan Hansen (Evan Hansen, regional premiere) at The Carnegie, The House on Watch Hill (Jason, a new musical by Tony winners Richard Oberacker & Robert Taylor) at Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, Jagged Little Pill (Nick Healy) at The Contemporary Theatre of Ohio. At Point Park, Tommy studied under Zeva Barzell and received private voice training with professor and vocal technician Giovanna Reyes-Mir. His dance training includes Jazz, Ballet, Modern, and Tap.

Tommy is also a versatile theatre artist who enjoys every part of the creative process. Outside of performing, he has worked as a high school & children’s theatre director (select credits: Amélie, The Drowsy Chaperone, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown), Set Designer, and Scenic Painter.
